ZO Skin Health Mother's Day Community Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Sponsor. ZO Skin Health, Inc., 9685 Research Dr, Irvine, California 92618 (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility. The ZO Skin Health Mother’s Day Community Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and their immediate family members and household members) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
- Contest Period. The Contest begins on April 17, 2026, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on April 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.
- How to Enter. During the Contest Period, there are two (2) methods of entry:
Method 1: Social Media Entry. (A) Follow @zoskinhealth on Instagram or TikTok, (B) and submit your response to the following prompt via direct message to @zoskinhealth on Instagram or TikTok: “What’s the one thing your mom taught you about your skin, and how has ZO helped you take it further?” Responses should be one to three (1-3) sentences in length. Entrants may also include a photo or video with their submission (optional).
Method 2: Email Entry. Send your response to the prompt above (one to three sentences) to SocialMedia@ZOSkinHealth.com with the subject line “Mother’s Day Contest Entry.” Include your full name, Instagram or TikTok handle (if applicable), and state of residence.
Entry Limits. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Contest Period.
- FTC Disclosure Requirement. Since this Contest involves posting content about Sponsor’s products in connection with an opportunity to receive a prize, all social media entries constitute endorsements under the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides. Entrants who submit via public comment on Instagram or TikTok must include the hashtag #ZOSkinHealth_Contest at the beginning of their comment. Entries submitted via direct message or email are not required to include the hashtag.
- Submission Requirements. All submissions must: (a) be the original work of the entrant; (b) be truthful and reflect the entrant’s genuine experience; (c) not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content; (d) not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; (e) not contain content that is unlawful or that promotes illegal activity; and (f) comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as applicable. Sponsor reserves the sole right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.
- Selection of Winners. A panel of Sponsor’s representatives will evaluate all eligible entries and select 3-5 winners (each, a “Winner”) based on the following criteria:

Selection will take place on or about April 24, 2026. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within 5 business days of selection. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.
Each potential Winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Each Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Content License Agreement, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within5 days of notification.
- Prizes. Each Winner (and one family member designated by the Winner) will receive:
One (1) facial treatment or virtual skincare consultation for Winne and one (1) family member with a ZO authorized provider, subject to availability and Winner’s location (approximate retail value: $600 USD).
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,000 USD
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable. The facial treatment or virtual consultation will be provided by an independent authorized ZO provider and is subject to scheduling availability and the Winner’s geographic location. Sponsor makes no guarantee as to the specific provider or treatment location.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners may be required to provide a valid IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment.
- Content License. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and perform the entry (including any text, photographs, videos, and social media handles) in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to Sponsor’s Instagram, TikTok, website, email marketing, and paid advertising channels, for any purpose, without further compensation, notification, or approval. Entrants retain ownership of their original submissions. Sponsor will credit Winners by name or social media handle when featuring their submissions, unless the Winner requests otherwise.
- Publicity Release. Except where prohibited by law, each Winner grants Sponsor permission to use his or her name, likeness, social media handle, biographical information, entry content, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
- Liability Release and Indemnification. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in the Contest; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any content submitted in connection with the Contest; or (d) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim by a third party arising out of the entrant's submission, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement or violation of privacy rights.
- Privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest, fulfilling prizes, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://zoskinhealth.com/us/help-center/privacy-terms/privacy-notice.html. Sponsor will not sell entrants’ personal information to third parties. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor may select Winners from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- Disputes and Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
- Platform Disclaimer. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or TikTok (ByteDance Ltd.). Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or TikTok. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or TikTok. By entering via Instagram, each entrant agrees to a complete release of Instagram. By entering via TikTok, each entrant agrees to a complete release of TikTok.
- Winner List. For a list of Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: ZO Skin Health Mother’s Day Contest Winners List, 9685 Research Dr, Irvine, CA 92618. Requests must be received by September 1, 2026.
