Ensure That Your ZO® Products Are Authentic
At ZO® Skin Health, we are committed to remaining true to our professional skincare heritage by providing the highest-quality, professional-grade skincare products to our customers. To achieve this mission, we take an aggressive stance against product diversion and unauthorized online retailers. Because the safety and skin health of our customers is of the utmost importance, the only trusted sources for ZO® Skin Health products are those listed below.
ZO® Authorized Sources
Caution: Unauthorized Retailers
ZO® Skin Health does not offer its products through individuals, street vendors, internet auctions or unauthorized internet retailers. When a product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, quality and efficacy of the product. Please be aware that if you purchase from a company not listed as authorized, the product(s) may be diluted, heat damaged, expired or counterfeit. They may not be safe to use, or they may not perform as tested, and ZO® will not take any responsibility for related problems or dissatisfaction.
What Is Product Diversion?
Product diversion is the sale of goods outside of an authorized distribution chain. At ZO®, we are committed to minimizing the sale of unauthorized products in order to protect our customers, along with the integrity of our trusted physician partners’ businesses.
Our team utilizes industry best practices and state-of-the-art technology to track and take legal action against unauthorized distributors of our products. We also take pride in our comprehensive and extensive global anti-diversion program, which has led us to achieve some of the lowest diversion rates in our industry.
How Can You Help?
If you see our products being offered for sale online on an unauthorized website, or if you believe you have received counterfeit products from an unauthorized, third-party online retailer, please contact our anti-diversion team at anti-diversion@zoskinhealth.com.
