Mark Williams, Esq., brings over 20 years of experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industry, as well as significant expertise in corporate strategy and business development. Mark has spent his career successfully advising a wide variety of health care entities - including individual physician practices, physicians' groups, wellness companies and pharmaceutical operations and pharmaceutical manufacturers – in growth strategies for their business, regardless of size or life cycle.

Additionally, he has previously held board of director positions for multiple enterprises, serving as an advisor on both business strategy & legal matters. 

Mark graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law

Kevin Cornett joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Information Officer in 2016. He has spent his career working with companies ranging in size from small start-ups to Fortune 50, holding various roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Kevin ran the business intelligence and analytics department for Sysco Foods, a $50 billion international company. In his career, Kevin has a proven track record of implementing processes and systems that allow companies to better analyze their business and increase operational efficiencies, reduce overall costs, and gain market share for the organization.

Nancy Villalvazo - Vice President of Sales

Nancy Villalvazo joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2013 as the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for leading the U.S. sales and education teams. Nancy has extensive experience in both the medical skincare industry, as well as in cosmetic retail business development. Nancy has worked for leading companies such as SkinCeuticals, a L'Oreal company, Murad, Dermalogica, and Nordstrom. She is known as a relational leader who has a proven track record for significantly growing sales and market share. She is skilled in applying elements of the retail industry to the physician market and builds strong business strategies with her partners.

Frank Fazio – Senior Vice President, International Markets & Corporate Development

Frank Fazio joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2017 and brings over 25 years of expertise in the areas of early-to-late stage product development, acquisition management and global commercialization. Throughout his career, Frank has championed key product launches to consumers and healthcare professionals with significant attention to brand development within the private-pay healthcare sector.

Prior to joining ZO Skin Health, Frank served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Suneva Medical, Inc. and President at AMC Group LLC, an organization focused on providing strategic consulting services to companies and investment firms focused on the medical device and specialty pharmaceutical markets. Frank previously served as an executive team member at Strathspey Crown LLC, Alphaeon Corporation and Artes Medical, Inc. Frank also served as the Director of Market Development at INAMED Corporation through the company’s $3.2B acquisition by Allergan, Inc. where he was extensively involved in the development programs for the Juvéderm® dermal filler products, Dysport® Botulinum toxin injectable program and INAMED’s cohesive silicone gel implants.

Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona.

Noelle Denlinger – Vice President of Global Marketing and Brand Protection

Noelle’s responsibilities include product management, marketing management and communications for skincare professionals and patients.

Noelle brings over ten years of prestige beauty and skincare experience working with leading global brands. Noelle began her career in retail, working in the buying offices of the May Company Department Stores (now Macy’s) and Lord & Taylor. Prior to joining ZO Skin Health corporation, she worked for L’Oreal on brands such as Lancôme, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Giorgio Armani Fragrances and, most recently, SkinCeuticals.

Noelle received an M.B.A. from New York University – Stern School of Business and a B.S. degree from Grove City College.

Rick Woodin - Vice President of Global Research and Development

Rick Woodin – Vice President, Global Research & Development

Rick has over thirty years of professional experience in multi-national consumer product companies with proven ability to design and deploy breakthrough science/technology programs on a global scale. As President of CC Ranch Group Consultants, before joining ZO Skin Health, Rick provided customized service support to the Personal Care Industry across the areas of new product innovation, advanced technology, strategic technical program development and creative messaging (concepts/claims). He also provided leadership guidance in the areas of strategic planning, brand expansion/equity development, organizational structuring and employee training/development programs.

During his past tenure at P&G he managed diverse teams of scientists in the development of various leading skin care brand products (Bain de Soleil, Clearasil, Noxzema, Olay, Pantene, etc.), championing multiple new technical advances that led to various patented technologies. Rick was a two-time winner of the P&G Competitive Advantage Award. Rick also worked at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company/Neutrogena as an R&D leader in Skin Care, Color Cosmetics as well as New Business Development for license/acquisition/merger activities, new category development efforts, and strategic alliance development/negotiations. Rick also served as a scientific leader across multiple global new technology development programs for broad based J&J skin care brand/regional exploitation.

At Johnson & Johnson Rick was a winner of the Presidents Award (2000) as well as the coveted General Robert Woods Johnson Medal for Research & Development (2006) for breakthrough skin cancer prevention technology. Rick received a B.S. from the University of New Haven, Connecticut - Chemistry / Environmental Studies.
