ZO® Shipping Options:

  • UPS Ground – 1-5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air – Delivery in 1 business day
  • All orders require 1-2 business days processing time before shipping (ZO® does not guarantee same day shipping)
  • Your first order ships free via UPS ground shipping when you create an account
  • Expedited shipping options incur an additional cost
  • No delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

ZO® Order Processing Guidelines:

  • Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided the items are in stock and payment is authorized
  • ZO® does not process orders during weekends or holidays
  • All orders are charged sales tax if applicable
  • ZO® does not accept gift cards of any kind

ZO® Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your ZO® purchase for any reason, please feel free to return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. To ensure a timely refund of your online order, please contact our website distribution center’s Customer Service department at: 866.926.2198 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST), to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and for further assistance with processing your return.

ZO® only accepts the return of products originally purchased through the ZO® website. If you would like to return a product purchased from a physician’s practice, please contact the practice directly regarding your return.

Damaged Products:

We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact our Customer Service department at 888.893.1375 immediately upon receiving it.

Genuine ZO® Products:

To ensure you receive genuine ZO® products, you should only purchase them from this website, or through an authorized physician practice.

ZO Skin Health, Inc. upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy on product diversion and unauthorized Internet sales. We do not authorize any other website to sell ZO® products, including Amazon and eBay. ZO® products sold through any other website are diverted, and we cannot guarantee the safety or efficacy of these products.
