Management Team

Jim Headley – CEO and President

Mr. Headley is a highly experienced cosmetic industry and pharmaceutical executive. After beginning his career at the F&R Lazarus Department Store (now Macy's), he held various executive positions at the Estee Lauder Companies and was vice president of sales at Warner Cosmetics (now Ralph Lauren Fragrance Division of L'Oreal, USA).

He was the president and CEO of World Wide Products which produced and marketed the original Obagi Nu-Derm® System. After he completed a turnaround of the company, Mr. Headley initiated and completed the sale of the company to what is now Obagi Medical Products, Inc. Subsequently, he was president of the Cosmetic Dermatology Division of Genesis Pharmaceutical, Inc. and participated in the sale of the company to Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique.

Mr. Headley was also the senior vice president global marketing and sales at PhotoMedex Inc. where he managed the ProCyte Skin Care Division. He has consulted for several corporations including Proctor & Gamble, Ferrosan International, Murad, Inc., SkinMedica, Inc., World Medical Leaders, and Milbar Laboratories.

Mr. Headley received a B.A. degree from Marshall University.

John Dvorak – CFO & COO

John Dvorak joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2013 as the chief financial officer and treasurer. John oversees all financial operations, accounting, purchasing and regulatory affairs for the company. He is an accomplished financial executive having provided leadership and direction in a CFO role to several companies in diverse industries. The scope of his industry experience includes manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, human resources, commercial air transportation and business to consumer e-commerce retailing. John holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Deborah Tomes – Vice President of Account Business Development

Deborah joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2011 as the Vice President of Domestic and International Marketing. As of February 2015 she is the newly appointed Vice President of Account Business Development and oversees Education and New Product Development.

Deborah brings over twenty years of prestige cosmetic and skincare experience working with leading global brands. The Estee Lauder Companies employed Deborah for 17 years where she held a variety of positions in sales, marketing, education and planning.

Deborah holds a B.S. degree from Biola University and completed the Estee Lauder–Vassar College Leadership Institute Program.

Noelle Denlinger – Vice President of Global Marketing & Brand Protection

Noelle’s responsibilities include product management, marketing management and communications for skincare professionals and patients.

Noelle brings over ten years of prestige beauty and skincare experience working with leading global brands. Noelle began her career in retail, working in the buying offices of the May Company Department Stores (now Macy’s) and Lord & Taylor. Prior to joining ZO Skin Health corporation, she worked for L’Oreal on brands such as Lancôme, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Giorgio Armani Fragrances and, most recently, SkinCeuticals.

Noelle received an M.B.A. from New York University – Stern School of Business and a B.S. degree from Grove City College.

Chris Kraneiss – Vice President of International Affairs

Chris is responsible for commercial operations and the development of distribution channels outside of the United States. Working with companies including Circonium Pharmaceuticals, he has a wealth of global medical marketing and sales experience launching new products with emerging corporations in the aesthetic market. Chris has held a wide range of commercial positions including marketing management, operations, and sales management.

Chris received M.B.A. and B.A. degrees from the Otto von Guericke University of Madeburg, Germany. He is fluent in English and German.

Nancy Villalvazo - Vice President of Sales

Nancy Villalvazo joined ZO Skin Health, Inc. in 2013 as the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for leading the U.S. sales and education teams. Nancy has extensive experience in both the medical skincare industry, as well as in cosmetic retail business development. Nancy has worked for leading companies such as SkinCeuticals, a L'Oreal company, Murad, Dermalogica, and Nordstrom. She is known as a relational leader who has a proven track record for significantly growing sales and market share. She is skilled in applying elements of the retail industry to the physician market and builds strong business strategies with her partners.
